ISN’T IT AWFUL WHEN YOU’RE READING A POST AND YOU ACCIDENTLY REFRESH THE DASHBOARD AND YOU KNOW YOU’RE NEVER GOING TO SEE THE POST AGAIN

tonyballer:

have you ever read something that killed you inside? like a text message or someone’s status. everything was going fine until you accidentally came across something you didn’t want to read. or you found out something you were better off not knowing. it’s almost as if it was posted just to purposely hurt you. but you constantly read it over and over again to torture yourself.

what I learnt last night: if you’re imagining a creepy thing in your room or outside and it’s coming to get you, just imagine that it met another creepy thing and they started making out, forgetting you entirely.

It worked for me

My 7 year old son was shot down by his 1st grade teacher

The american public education system in a nutshell tho

Instead of reminding him to capitalise his name they push his penmanship back two years. Glad they have their priorities in order.

This really happens? I’ve always learned to write cursive from first grade on.

I learned it in 4th but this is just stupid to do this but it is the american education system so I’m really not surprised.

I was absolutely told the same thing in the first grade, “let’s hold off on cursive until we’ve learned it, ok?”

Be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here.

I turned off my phone
Because I could not
Handle the certainty
That you were not
Even trying to talk
To me.
